We are extremely proud of our books (Product). We make every effort to describe them accurately and produce them to the highest possible standards.
Waterbell has no legal obligation to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
In the unlikely event that the Product you receive is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. All damaged items claims must comply with our shipping provider claims process.
Due to the unique nature of our handmade Limited Edition Products, special measures are necessary when organising returns. If you would like to have your Product repaired, please contact us at email@example.com with:
- your full name
- your mailing address
- order number
- 3-4 clear photos showing the issue from a number of different angles, including 1 photo of the full Product to help us identify where the issue is located and also help us match the Product to your receipt
- a copy of your receipt.
Please print and include a copy of your email to us with the Product being returned.
We will provide you, by way of return email, with our shipping instructions and claims process in accordance with our shipping providers claims process.
You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated for returning the Product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. When returning a parcel to us we recommend you obtain proof of posting. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
Receipt of returned Product
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Product. We will also notify you of the estimated time for repairs/replacement as the case may be.
Once repairs have been completed, we will ship the Product to the mailing address provided in the email noted above. We will send you an email to notify you that the Product has been shipped to you.
